By downloading, installing, and using KUNAKA TECH applications including vidpana and AI Homework Solver ("Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any parts of these terms, you do not have permission to use the Apps.

2. License to Use

KUNAKA TECH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps
  • Modify or create derivative works of the Apps
  • Use the Apps for commercial purposes without written permission
  • Remove or alter proprietary notices or labels
  • Download or record content in violation of intellectual property rights

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Apps responsibly and legally. You are responsible for:

  • All content downloaded or recorded through the Apps
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws
  • Not distributing copyrighted or protected content
  • Maintaining backup copies of important data

4. Intellectual Property

The Apps, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by KUNAKA TECH, its licensors, or other providers. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, and other elements of the Apps are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. KUNAKA TECH makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or the information, content, or materials included in the Apps. To the extent permissible by law, KUNAKA TECH disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KUNAKA TECH, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Apps
  • Any changes made to the Apps
  • Any temporary or permanent cessation of the Apps
  • Unauthorized access to or use of secure servers

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KUNAKA TECH and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses that arise from your use of the Apps or violation of these Terms of Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Apps without cause or liability, at our sole discretion, at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of applicable jurisdictions, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in those locations.
